Professional Wildlife Consultation & Property Assessment

Our consultation is a structured, on-site evaluation performed by a state-licensed wildlife mitigation professional. This visit allows us to assess iguana activity, nesting and burrowing risks, property layout, waterfront exposure, and compliance considerations before recommending any service.

Each consultation includes:

  • Full property inspection and risk assessment
  • Identification of nesting, burrows, travel corridors, and structural vulnerabilities
  • Review of humane and FWC-compliant removal options
  • Clear service recommendations and scope of work
  • Guidance for residential, waterfront, and HOA properties

Pricing and service plans are developed only after this assessment to ensure accuracy, effectiveness, and long-term results.

This approach eliminates guesswork and ensures every solution is tailored to the property and level of infestation.

This framing positions the consultation as a professional requirement, not an upsell, and builds trust before pricing is discussed. and picture is unrelated.

Consultations are conducted by licensed professionals and include a full site evaluation, risk assessment, and mitigation strategy.
